weekend catch-up

The weekend finally arrived to celebrate Little Miss L.'s 2nd birthday. I loved watching her face as she woke up Sunday morning to see her house transformed into Sesame street. The party was a success, and we can't thank our friends and family enough for sharing such a special day with us...we are truly lucky to have each and every one of you in our lives. The countdown is on for Little Miss L.'s 2nd birthday party this weekend. Little Miss L. has requested that Elmo and the Cookie Monster be present at her party. Well, what better way to celebrate than a Sesame Street-themed party! The shopping has begun, the baking supplies have been bought, and this momma is on a mission to transform her home into Sesame Street, even if it is just for a few hours. Fingers crossed I can put a smile on Little Miss L.'s face when she wakes up on Sunday morning. I will let you all know how it turns out.
